Note the great Oregon Coast guide here at OregonCoastTravel.net. The Oregon Coast Guide offers details on all the cities up and down the Oregon Coast – now a national scenic byway.

Here in Southern Oregon / Northern California one of the best tours to take is the big triangle connecting Redwood National Park, the southern Oregon Coast, Highway 199 to Oregon Caves National Monument, and Crater Lake National Park. Ideally you’ll allow several days, but this tour is possible in a single long day or with just one overnight.

Welcome to Oregon and the Oregon Caves National Monument!
(note – this is not an official Oregon Caves Website. You will also want to explore the National Park Service Oregon Caves website here and the Oregon Caves Chateau website here (concession managed by a Cave Junction Non Profit Group)

Here at OregonCaves.com you will find information about the Oregon Caves and regional attractions such as Crater Lake National Park, The Oregon Coast and Redwoods National Park.

Note that there are two key “official” sites about the caves with more Oregon Caves information. The National Park Service oversees the park and offers Oregon Caves Guided Tours which are a must during your visit. The tour is safe, fun, and very educational.

For Lodging information, dining and gifts at the Oregon Caves and Caves Chateau visit the Oregon Caves Outfitters , the park’s official concessionaire.

The Oregon Caves Chateau is one of Southern Oregon’s most charming lodges. It is not overly fancy and the rooms are rustic, but this unique 5 story landmark building with beautiful bark siding is one of the West’s most intriguing lodges. The Oregon Caves Chateau was featured in the PBS TV special and book “Great Lodges of the American West” for it’s old fashioned charm and architectural elegance.

Cities in the region include Cave Junction, Ashland, Grants Pass, Medford, Jacksonville, Brookings, Klamath Falls, Gold Beach, Bandon, Roseburg, and more.
